Campaign Manager Savera K. Sandhu-Smith
Savera Sandhu-Smith, Esq. grew up in Seattle, Washington and moved to Las Vegas, NV 2 years ago. She has since been participating in the Las Vegas Legal Community as a member of the Southern Nevada Women’s Association and the Nevada Justice Association as well as the State Bar.
Savera has been involved in politics since college, being on the student body and as the President of the Indian Student Association. She graduated from the University of Washington with an honors dissertation in 2000 and went on to Seattle University School of Law with a Scholarship for Excellence in Leadership. There, Savera spent time advocating for low income individuals, President for the International Law Society, and honing her trial skills in competition. She graduated in 2003 as the graduation speaker and practiced in Seattle, Washington before practicing here in Nevada.
Savera brings professionalism, her legal background, and leadership to Michael Kennedy’s campaign for State Assemblyman for the 22nd District. Savera believes a candidate should posses accountability, thoughtfulness and a true understanding of society and community. This is an exciting election year made for history.
